VELLE.LIWEN

The name is obvious.
I'm 20, and i blow my candles
every 1st july.
I enjoy a meaningful & thought provoking conversation -accompanied with a caffeine dose. Display a strong fondness towards all things purpley and, believe that honesty is really, always the best policy.

Anyways, when it comes to writing, i wish i had more coherence and flow. the lack of it means i end when i end.
like now.

So tune in, tune in.

Music Of My Heart

It takes a thought to
make a word
and takes some work
to make it work

It takes some silence
to make a sound
It takes a lost before you found

It takes you years to know love
It takes some fears to know trust
It takes a night to make it dawn
and it takes some cold
to know the sun

make a wish and take a chance

current thought: what time should i leave home if i want to reach puggol by 7.30 later?

damn i have 3 weeks of school left, and then 2 weeks of study leave.
fast, far too fast.
lay yen says, believe it or not,
'cambridge set the paper to make you pass, you want to fail also hard lahh'
'its not too late, its never too late, until the day before the exam'
hahah some words and attempt of encouragement huh?

so as of why im sitting here, three reasons-1) i'm preparing slides for this sunday, 2) i cannot stop listening to destiny's child's emotions. haha i know i know, its a very old song and all, but u know wad i think, old songs are timeless. i could listen to bsb and spice girls over and over and never get bored of them. gosh bring me back my suger pop blissful days.
3) i didnt go to school.
oh and, actually there's a forth reason,4) because its rainy.
rainy days= nothing gets done
yea lar yea lar, blame the weather.lol.

i wish i could skip school every tuesday, better yet, skip the A's all together.its so dreadful...
but to make it all up, we comfort ourselves with twisties, chezels and more.
felt more like entering a cinema than a mock paper classroom.
and yesterday, we discussed about first impressions over lunch.
pretty funny conversation actually, cos whenever that comes,
i'll be reminded of how some actually thought i was a malay..

back in those pri, sec sch days, i'll always play along
with the malay stall aunties who thought i was a malay.
they would go ' what do u want?' in malay,
and i wont say, ' hey, im a chinese' or anything of that sort.
cos i'll just go ' nasi something, or something goreng'
and when the conversation continues in malay i'll just continue smiling and nodding,
pretend to really understand what they are saying.
really, it works for most of the time.
haha sometimes i wonder why i did that for.
then i figured, i must be too lazy to keep correcting them,
anyways, no harm done right.

and quote of the week, give thanks in all circumstances is very much applicable.
thankie thanks.

speaking of quotes, do take note of wad movie or tv show characters are saying,
(especially super heros like spiderman preferably)
you never know when you can use and quote them in a general paper exam, and get a
9/10 in AQ can.
major LOL.

lastly, tell me, hady will win.

cry me a river that leads to your ocean
you'll never see me fall apart
in the words of a broken heart
it's just emotions taking me over caught up in sorrow, lost in the song.
